What does $10,000 get you?

What does $10,000 get you at last weekend's charity event for the prestigious and exclusive Ross School:

A table at Rao's (dinner not included).  Clearly the attendees saw money as no object--a healthy trait to bring to a charity function.  That's right, during the auction some heavy hitters shelled out 10 stacks of high society for the privelege of landing a table at one of Manhattan's most renowned restaurants.  Ok, ok, so they only have ten tables and one seating per night, but the generosity is still impressive.

Last weekend, the Ross School (above) raised over $500,000, charging corporations, entrepreneurs and celebs $15,000/table.

Traffic streamed (steadily) between East Hampton and Southampton all weekend and most venues were booked.  Various celebs were sighted at SL East.  South Pointe has gained notable ground, since DJ Avicii's appearance and may pan-out to be a place to be for 20-somethings, on Friday nights.

Dune/Axe lounge is holding steady with popular Saturday night parties, however Fridays (below) are a struggle.  This is not an unfamiliar characteristic, which once beleaguered the addresses previous club, Jet East.
